How to prepare
Wear athletic clothing and footwear. If you have bike shoes with clips bring those and a towel and drink. Please note we do not supply shoes.

Joyride Indoor Cycling is located at Lidlington Place, NW1 2JU London. If you are coming from Eversholt street, we are the doorway with black shutters and a blue smiley face. If you get to the Escape bar you have gone past us.
