### How to prepare

Please wear clothing that is comfortable to move in and cross training shoes. Bring water & a towel. We may use resistants bands (optional), weights, & a mat. Not all equipment is used in every class. Thank you for arriving before class begins.

Jazzercise Foster City Community Center is located at 1000 E. Hillsdale Blvd, Foster City, CA, 94404. We are inside the Community Center upstairs in the Wind Room. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to when class begins.
